Guest guest
Jodi, I've never had bacterial vaginosis, but I'm a firm believer in douching with ACV and/or yogurt to keep healthy (to make it easy, I use one of my allergy syringes minus the needle, fill it, and put it in). You may be able to beat it if you do that a couple of times a day and combine it with a natural AB. Just to note, my body is still messed up since I took flagyl for h pylori six months ago. Guest guest
Ellen, What is an allergy syringe? I was thinking of doing ACV but my acu told me it can cause other yeasts to over-grow. Thinking of using the yogurt. Wanted to get a bulb enema for it but cannot find one. I am convinced flagyl like destroyed my health. Saved me a couple of times when I was in the hospital for weeks and weeks on end. Still, I won't just go one the stuff if my bowel is doing amazingly well. It's all about ecology IMO really. I don't really know how I ended up with this to be honest. Guest guest
I think Flagyl is an evil drug!!! My GI gave it to me " just to reset " everything, and I foolishly believed him. NEVER AGAIN!!! I am still, 5 months later, trying to rebalance my gut after being attacked by that stuff. Thankfully I haven't had much in terms of vaginal yeast coming back (always tended towards the itchy side with some discharge down there!), but my tongue gets " furry " every now and then. I've tried to yogurt and it seems to work.
