Guest guest Posted April 14, 2004 Report Share Posted April 14, 2004 Just a little tid bit of information: Wear as much of a heel as you can, not high heel shoes but certainly not flat heel shoes. The more elevation you have the less pressure on the heel. Also you may want to cut a piece of foam rubber padding and fit it in the heel of your shoe. It also helps to cut out the center to make it sort of a donut for your heel. Hope this will be of help. Been there too. A. B.
