Welcome Paola!

You've done an excellent job with your research!!! :)

Here's a link to the webpages that were on the Virtual Hospital site:

Here's a link to the internet site w/ the parents' checklist that

you can use when interviewing potential doctors:

Hopefully some of our Canadian members can help you with the

Montreal references. I had heard that at least some of the doctors

at Toronto Sick Kids were using the method successfully, though none

of them have submitted the paperwork to Dr. Ponseti in order to get

on the qualified physician's list.

I know that some families have gone to Dr. son and Dr. Carey,

though that isn't exactly a short drive for you.

About the text book, if you look in the files section of this

group's website, under Egbert's references files, you can

read Dr. P's book intro. The actual book is out of print and the

only way to purchase one is through Dr. Ponseti's office.

There is also the Global HELP booklet, which a free PDF download

online. You can get to the Global HELP website at that

ponseti_links site above, look under the medical journals/papers

section.
