Hi -

I saw your message on the other group and was going to respond.

I spoke to my surgeon yesterday. He says it's normal around the

fractrure site. Mine was a little tough going (hard bone and

periostium) and that's why mine's a little larger than normal. I used

to have two hard bumps (one each side) now one has completely gone

and the other is rapidly going down. I'm 6 weeks post op, so you

should be looking at that kind of time scale.

Ok, hopefully that should ease your worries a little (I know it did

mine)- relax and enjoy your recovery - 6 days post op is on the home

run
