Insurances that approve surgery

I got an email from Nila, Dr. Bermudez's insurance expert. She said that no insurance company approves belt lipectomies, and they never approve thighs. They will approve abdominoplasties and breasts using the same criteria that Kaiser does: Rash, infection, mechanical problems (i.e., obstruction of Important Parts). Tim and I were talking about thighs. So there's no point in changing from Kaiser at this point. Martha
