I know that most communication is by email these days, but I feel that

for recommendations on this list, we need the physical letter, even

though I admit I'm guilty of (for personal use) using one or two things

for which I do not yet have that letter.

I've made a note of your link, though.

I'm sure if you should ever get around to getting a physical letter,

you'll send us a copy for the archives.
