I've been checking out one of my mother's books called " Eating Away

Arthritis " by Lauri M. Aesoph, N.D. and it goes into detail about food

rotation and families, etc. It covers all the legal foods (from what

I can tell) and only a few illegals. Whole foods--doesn't go into

processed, pre-packaged, fast food.

Interesting if you are not at all familiar with food combining. I

noticed my worst triggers come from the grass family lol. I don't

think any are legal.

FYI, FWIW

So she doesn't suggest a specific time line of rotation but as long as you have a good variety and aren't eating the same green everyday for weeks I think you'll be just fine. Thanks Stacey! Do you do green smoothies? What greens do you like? My three favorite greens all have the same type of alkaloid, so it's harder for me to make myself rotate. Heh =) I will try to do better though =) Peace =)Alyssa 15 yoUC April 2008, dx Sept 2008SCD June 2009 (restarted)Chinese Herbs (not legal but helping!)
