VIQ--Very Important Question

Ok, here is the question I have been waiting to ask. Regarding the pain

after laproscopic RNY. Relative to laproscopic gall bladder surgery...the

same,

not as bad or worse. I had the gall bladder surgery 4 years ago. The pain

was kind of bad for the first 3 days. But after that, was very bearable.

And one other question. With a desk job, how long do you need to take off

of work with the lap RNY? I'm hearing 2-3 weeks, 3-4 weeks. With the gall

bladder, I was told one week. I went back to work after that week, but was

very week, and ended up taking off 3 more days.

So............will 3 weeks do it????

I know these seem like baby questions, but I have a tendency to dwell on

these kinds of things.
