Yes. Don was only 85# over when I had my surgery. By my 1st anniversary, he

was 110 over.

At which point he also had surgery. NO more arguing, no more blaming ME for

his eating too much or making boring (healthy) meals or whining when I told

him to fend for himself. LOL!

Husband gaining weight

My " Normal? " husband has gained a little weight --- I think it has to do with

him eating my leftovers in restaurants! I finally said that I wanted my

leftovers.

I consider myself lucky that I didn't have a lot of family and friends

issues--- but I was prepared! What I have noticed that I have moved to a new

town

that people's perception of me changed. For instance, I had a colleague make a

comment about a not THAT over weight woman needing to order salads.... I

asked him if he saw the pictures of me and he said " oh yeah but you were

pregnant... " I didn't enlightened him since we work together --- but I feel sad

for

the little fat girl inside me who still hears the hurtful words.
