Anyone have any knowledge/input on the carbohydrates vs. " net " carbohydrates issue? So many of the " low carb " protein bars list for example: 29 grams of carbohydrates.....with a " net carbohydrate " value of " 2 " . Subtracting fiber and carbs that have little to no impact on insulin levels. I'm not sure if I'm wording that properly. But I think you know what I'm asking. Any comments on this? Just curious.
