Guest guest
I dont do this myself but I understand the basic concept. A basic rotation is set up for four days. No food is eaten more than once every four days. Poeple set it up by grains- day one bieng rice, 2 sorghum ect.... Just space the foods four days apart. Guest guest
Hi, my son was a severe reflux baby, and was told to put rice cereal into isomil (he is allergic to both rice and soy) but didn't know of his allergies then. LJ had reflux from 2 weeks of age till he was a little over a year old. When LJ first started the GFCF diet he had already been allergy tested, but for some reason rice wasn't in the original testing, and he was positive for soy so I put him on rice milk till I found out in a future testing about the rice allergy, so now he is on Dari-free ()a potato beverage). Anyway.................... (LJs mom) on Long Island New York * On Sat, 04 Aug 2001 19:14:54 -0000 milothegreat@... writes: > > btw, my son was a reflux baby.
