Hi, I'm new to this forum but I'm having lower jaw surgery in 6 weeks

and I'm scared out of my freakin' mind that it's going to hurt a

lot. I think I have a pretty high threshold for pain, but I fear not

being able to breathe in the recovery room and vomiting and having my

jaw wired shut (well I guess technically they use little tiny

wires). Has anyone on here had lower jaw (only) surgery? And if so,

how did it go for you??
