Hope you don't mind my asking 3 varied questions in one topic, but here goes:

1. Is bee propolis legal? I know the pollen is not, but I didn't see anything

about bee propolis.

2. I'm concerned about not getting enough iodine. The sea salt I use doesn't

have very much at all, but all the salt I found with potassium iodide has

dextrose in it. Do you guys know of any salt with iodide that doesn't have

dextrose?

3. Hope this isn't TMI, but I've only had my period once since I was diagnosed

six months ago. My husband and I are hoping to try and have kids sometime this

year. I went to the gynecologist, and went on a 10 day course of pills that were

supposed to get me to have my period. No luck yet, though I have a couple more

days where it could happen. If not, I'm supposed to take a month's worth of

birth control to hopefully get things started again. She gave me a free pack,

they're chewable, so I'm sure there are illegals in it. I have never taken birth

control before, so are there any birth control pills that don't have illegals? I

don't even know if I have to get a prescription for those though, and I'm

wondering if the chewable ones will be that detrimental. Thoughts?

I am scared to take birth control since I never have before, and I'm not sure

how it will affect my crohn's. Do any other females have problems with their

cycles, and were you ever able to get regular again?

Thanks,

Amber
