Guest guest Posted February 8, 2010 Report Share Posted February 8, 2010 It doesn't need refrigeration and unless you live in a very hot climate it is hard enough at room temperature to dig out. It's like a brick just out of the frig. Unlike many things, coconut oil has a very long shelf life at room temperature, I suppose because it's tropical and lasts there OK.
