Guest guest
Deanna: For years when I would say my weight out loud, I would say " one hundred and (insert various numbers) " . As soon as it flew out of my mouth I would say " boy, am I ever in denial " Because I hadn't been under 200 pounds in over 25 years. There has always been a part of me that could not, would not except weighing so much. Having said that....Know that I understand it's about more than a number on the scales....It's an emotional place to be; under 200 pounds....and the blessing is...it's gone FOREVER!!!!! I think I heard that yippppeeee all the way here in California....so happy for you.
