Guest guest
Vitamin D3 is the sunshine vitamin - what your skin absorbs from the sun, it'ssomething we need high doses of in the winter. It helps with the immune system. Ohh, I get it. At first I thought that the vitamin D vs. D3 issue was like the different forms of calcium (citrate, etc...), where you get the same nutrient either way, some are just better absorbed. Now I understand there's an actual difference in the nutrition of D3 and D. In that case, do you think I should take D3 in addition to FCLO? FCLO has A LOT of vitamin D, but I've read you can't get too much from it because it's in a natural food, and because it's in the right ratio with the vitamin A. However, if I took FCLO and D3, do you think it would throw things off and I would be getting too much? Thanks! Peace =)Alyssa 15 yoUC April 2008, dx Sept 2008SCD June 2009 (restarted)Azathioprine 50 mg 1x per day
