Guest guest
: You must get in your liquids, otherwise you will become dehydrated and possibly experience electrolyte imbalances which can have serious health consequences. A 40 pounds weight loss in 2 weeks sounds quite extreme! Does your doctor know how much you've lost? If not, be sure to call him/her and let them know. If you are weak, dizzy, leg cramps, heart palpitations, ect. contact your healthcare provider immediately. Do not self medicate for the diarrhea, ask your surgeon what to do for this...in the meantime keep drinking, eating jello, popsicles, broth, or whatever else you can tolerate. You say you feel fine, so that's good! Just stay healthy and don't take any chances. If you think something may be wrong, go with your " gut " [pun-intended!] Much praise for the hard work you must have done to loose this weight the past two weeks. Remember, sometimes the scale will not move for weeks, so bask in this powerful feeling now and savior the moment. Lynda
