I could open about a thumb's width starting on day 7. I seem to

open a fraction of a millimeter more each day when I stretch to

brush my back teeth. I haven't felt much pain trying to open wider,

but there's tons of resistence at some point and I'm afraid of

popping my new chin by stretching my facial muscles to open any

wider. :)

I think I'm around an inch now on day 17 (not quite 2 fingers, but

then again I have large hands), but the annoying throbbing in my

chin increases whenever I open really wide.
