Cheri, I too had the " weight gain monster " jump on my back after I got some bad advice from a nurse about my hypoglycemia. I was told to eat sugar to offset the symptoms I was feeling. As a result I gained 12 pounds. After reading posts from this goup, I started doing the no-carb thingy. Now I try to do almost no carbs during the work week and I ease up on the weekends to include a few things I don't allow myself during the week, i.e., whole wheat crackers, some vegetables, and some Blue Bunny Fat Fee/Sugar Free Ice Cream. Now I have lost (8) pounds of the (12) that I gained back. I feel privilaged to be a part of this group. They have already helped me a lot! kathy ************************** " Remember..........
