I can go to weight watchers and get my records? It has been maybe 20 years.

Would that be to far apart from now? Cause that is what I need now. My

insurance wants 5 years of recorded file of dieting.

Yay ,

Isn't it amazing how even 1 lb can brighten your whole day. I'm very glad

that we both lost that pesky little lb.

I agree with you about the supportive people in our lives. They make a huge

difference.

Thanks , looks like I've started dropping again today so we're

both at 285 :). I'll try the lemon juice and Splenda, sounds like it

would kick start the bowels a bit. My husband tells me the bit about

not gaining it overnight all the time, he's really so supportive and

wouldn't be as positive as I am today if not for him. He's lost 20

pounds since I've surgery :). I enjoy your posts as well, keep up the

great work!
