Guest guest
I can go to weight watchers and get my records? It has been maybe 20 years. Would that be to far apart from now? Cause that is what I need now. My insurance wants 5 years of recorded file of dieting. Thank you, > mayra, > did you ever attend weight watchers? if you did, get a copy of their files > since they document your weekly weight loss as well and put together w/ the > dr.'s files as well, the only thing is it must be recent...mimi >
Guest guest
Yay , Isn't it amazing how even 1 lb can brighten your whole day. I'm very glad that we both lost that pesky little lb. I agree with you about the supportive people in our lives. They make a huge difference. 2-10-04 404pre-op/367surg/285/160? -- Re: Weight Watchers Thanks , looks like I've started dropping again today so we're both at 285 . I'll try the lemon juice and Splenda, sounds like it would kick start the bowels a bit. My husband tells me the bit about not gaining it overnight all the time, he's really so supportive and wouldn't be as positive as I am today if not for him. He's lost 20 pounds since I've surgery . I enjoy your posts as well, keep up the great work! Lap RNY April 9, 2004 348/285/140 (begin/current/goal) www.carrieburns.net
