I use this epsom salt/coconut oil everywhere on a regular basis (and occasionally as a facial moisturizer too). I've read in a few places, including here, to only sit in an epsom salt bath for 15-20 minutes, and I've read elsewhere that this is because you could absorb too much magnesium and cause an imbalance. Also, that maybe it would trigger too severe of a detox, or something along those lines. What I'm wondering is, wouldn't using the lotion be like sitting in an epsom bath for a REALLY long time? Maybe too long? Has anyone else read anything like this, or have any thoughts? Thanks! Which, of course, is not tosay it could not happen to anyone else. So, if it is not causing a reaction, it is not causing a reaction andit is fine to use, as a lotion or a long bath. Etc. Not everyone has to follow the instructions for the mostsensitive. That is what has to be individually determined, as in the foodon the diet. Etc., again. <g> Mara
