Guest guest Posted August 6, 2003 Report Share Posted August 6, 2003 I agree that Age plays a big factor in how we lose weight or the rate we lose weight but as for the exercise thing. I go to the gym for 1-2 hours every other day faithfully. I too don't expect that sagging stomach of mone to go away as this is dead looose skin not muscle too tone up(well maybe a little) but it is helping me get my stamina back and it certainly is helping with the rest of my body especially since I just had two new knees put in my body. Always be Optimistic as a good Positive Attitude takes us a long way and remember our new motto " a little bit of something is better than a whole lot of nothing " .
