I also do the chewable calcium twice daily (calcium citrate with magnesium and vit D added) and B-12. I don't take them all together so the iron doesn't prevent the absorption of the calcium. What should I be doing if this is not correct? And what about the chewing issue? Most adult vitamins are much too big to swallow. **LOL, can anyone tell I am new here? kathy ********************* Remember, progress is more about direction then speed. Guest guest
Hi Kathy & welcome! I'm almost 4 years out, and still do 2 Flintstone's Complete every day. I have a hard time swallowing pills, too, so I also dump the calium citrate capsules into my protein shakes and have the Twin Labs Citrate chewables in between, as needed. The only downward trend I've seen on my labs has been Ferritin, which was caused, in part, because I was only taking 1 a day and should have been taking 2. That has since been changed. We'll see on the next labs. in NJ ******************************** > > > I am only 13 months out and yes I still do the > children's chewable twice daily.
