Guest guest Posted April 23, 2005 Report Share Posted April 23, 2005 Hi Connie I also have ceramic braces and my OS and OD both said that I could keep them for surgery.Then again I'm only having a 3 piece le forte for my upper jaw and genio. It might be that for more complicated surgery the metal brackets are needed. Hope this helps and good luck with making your decision.
