Wooohoooo!!! I celebrated my 3-month mark on

the SCD tonight! Had a 1/2 glass of wine, the first since going on the diet. I

just wanted to share with everyone, because you all truly understand what it's

like to live with this!

I finished my 3 month mark too on SCD. I have been doing much better in terms of

GI symptoms. I am on Stage 4 of Pecanbread.

During this time, I had a new diagnosis -- Chronic Prostatitis which depresses

me to no end.

Otherwise, SCD is working well.

I think a diagnosis like " chronic prostatitis " just means doctors don't know

what the heck causes it. Could be candida. As you get healthier I bet you it

disappears!
