Guest guest
Hi all, I really didn't think that the arsenic from mattress would be a factor for Alyssa because she has never slept in a baby bed. I guess I was wrong! She has slept in a pack-n-play playpen with a comforter in the bottom all her life! YIKES! She nearly demolished the old one and I just bought a new one a few months ago. I threw the other one away and now I am kicking myself all over the house! Alyssa is going to have a blood test taken Friday for mercury, arsenic and antimony. Should I ask for hair analysis too? Also, I wanted them to check for vitamin deficiencies. They told my that they didn't have a test where they could check for all vitamins that they would just have to check a few at a time and that it is expensive and Medicaid doesn't cover it. Any one else have this problem? To check for mercury, B6, and magnesium is going to cost me $349. Had anyone checked about a futon mattress? I was wondering if this would be safe or not? Thanks, April
