>> the " sore tongue' syndrome...

** I just got a new vitamin/mineral book and under B12 and folate deficiency

it actually says sore tongue. folate deficiencies are becoming more common

from some discussion I heard at the ASBS conf. last month.

And Dearest Brave Soul:

Would you consider uploading it to the files section so we can all read it

as well? I'm sure there will be huge interest on this list.

Where do we get folate from? My levels are actually quite high right now

(have climbed since my last test at 3 months out). Is this one of those

deficiencies like iron that might not show up until a few years out?

I use the Kirkland chewables - 2/day. But, I also eat a lot of green leafy

vegees so I may be getting some extra from that. Apparently my problem

isn't getting enough, it may be that I have too much. I can't find

anything that says it's a problem, but I wanted to see if the experts here

knew of any reason I should try and bring my level down to normal.
