Where do we get folate from? My levels are actually quite high right now (have climbed since my last test at 3 months out). Is this one of those deficiencies like iron that might not show up until a few years out? I use the Kirkland chewables - 2/day. But, I also eat a lot of green leafy vegees so I may be getting some extra from that. Apparently my problem isn't getting enough, it may be that I have too much. I can't find anything that says it's a problem, but I wanted to see if the experts here knew of any reason I should try and bring my level down to normal.
