Guest guest
Hi! I'm back on the list after taking a break for a few months. My 4 year old son has been GFCF for 1.5 years and things are going well (except, of course, when we challenge the diet...LOL). Anyway, the reason for this note....we're planning a Disney World vacation and I want to get advice from any of you who've had success staying GFCF while there on vacation. Here's what I've been told by Disney....For fast-food meals, we need to go to Guest Relations (at the enterance of each of the parks) for assistance in identifying which counter service restaurants/foods are GFCF. For sit-down meals, we need to make reservations as soon as possible (identifying that there are food restrictions). Then, we need to call and talk to the chef 24-48 hours ahead of time so that they are prepared to serve something GFCF. Does this sound right? Is there anything I can do ahead of time? Thanks in advance for any advice you can give me!
