How much protein supplement are you taking in? What are you using to

Sharon, the woman who runs the company is a 13 year gastric bypass patient who

has been running triatholons for quite some time. She may have some great

advice for you (and I am just so darned impressed with her personal and

professional accomplishments anyway!!)
