Guest guest Posted June 1, 2004 Report Share Posted June 1, 2004 Do you know that you haven't just lost ONLY 22 lbs but you have lost 22 loafs of bread and that is alot....i am in a group called PeoriaWLSHelp and on there if you say 'You only lost so much " someone will tell you that you have lost alot more then just " " only " " .....so think of it this way you have lost 22 loafs of bread or 2 gals and 1/2 of water.it is a fun way of saying you lost weight...stacy beck 2 weeks post op CREAMY FOODS? > Well ya'll, I did it.
