I went to Starbucks after my first week's post-op appointment and got

a Moccha Frappuccino. I " drank " it in my car in the parking lot

(spooned it into my mouth). If you knew the calorie count on this,

you would never order it!

It's a feel-good drink. I also enjoyed Yogen Fruz frozen yogurt.
