Guest guest
Sigh,,,,,,,,when I read the description of Bipolar II,,,,,,,the " racing thoughts and ideas " just smacked me right between the eyes,,,,,,,all my life there have been the times when my mouth and brain went into " overdrive " and I had things to say lined up behind my eyeballs like a speeding freight train. I could step outside me and watch the expression on other's face as they rolled their eyes looking for an escape route,,,,or saw me coming down the hall and ran screaming in the other direction. LOL, that is why I have taken so much to email groups,,,,you guys are captive and cannot get away,,,,,,ROFL Dan Slone Surgery 5/2/2000,Yahoo Msg navwriter AIM Navwriter58, ICQ 260890468 RE: Re: Sleep/debbie Sharon, This is interesting that many of us have this " racing " thoughts thing. I have never heard it called that. But it describes exactly what happens. My mind just races from one thing to another. One thought feeds on another, which in turns prompts another thought....etc. It just keeps escalating until it is morning and it is time to get up or I have a panic attack if it gets bad enough. Guest guest
Ummmm, Dan, are you sure we are a captive audience? I have finally learned to use my delete key. This is a good thing though, you can ramble all you want to and I don't have to listen if I don't want to. I also understand the racing thoughts. My biggest problem is that my mouth usually can't keep up with my brain. Sadly, neither can my fingers. Lori Owen - Denton, Texas SRVG 7/16/01 Dr. Ritter/Dr. Bryce 479/335/???
