Guest guest
Measuring body fat by water displacement must be done in a lab setting and costs $$$$$. Actually water displcement would measrure total body volume....you physics types...what say you? Most gyms...including CURVES has a meassuring device tht your height and weight are plugged into and you just squeeze it. Ask to have it done that way. I actually bought a small on at Marshall's on closeout. The caliper method is like a pincer thing...it will go around your flabby skin...no good.
