Ferrous fumerate is tolerable, but iron amino acid chelate is better

because it comes in a compound that is small enough to slip through the

intestinal walls without digestive action. It is used in prenatal

vitamins because of the ease with which it is passed through to the

fetus. Email privately and I will give you some sources for it.

When my iron got low, I got IV infusions 3 times a week for three weeks. By

the end of the 3 weeks, my iron was normal again. I would highly recommend

it.
