OMG It was sent!!!

I am soooo happy I called mt Doctor's office this afternoon and got a

call back 15 minutes ago 4:45pm and it said " Ms C Dr Shun has sent

the FAX TODAY!!! " I am so happy today that I could just cry so it's

finally official and when I get my approval I will send my Doctor the

Biggest card and balloon I could find! He has saved my life and I

appreciate him so very very much. I love you Doctor Shun!!!
