Hello everyone, i'm new to this group but have been lurking for

about 2 months, I thought it was time for me to introduce myself and

ask some questions. My name is Susie, I had a proximal RNY last year, I was

recently diagnosed with a hernia, and also

noticed that i am beginning to gain my weight back, I am so

depressed about this :( my starting weight was 230 lbs my lowest

weight was 180, but as of this morning am i am back to 200 Im only

5'2'' :( i just been crying all day feeling sorry for myself, i

have been embarrased to tell anyone in my family whats going on with

me, i just feel like a failure, i just seem to be able to eat just

as much as i did before the surgery. I wanted to see if anyone in

this group could give me some guidance, as to how to go about a

revision. what are the steps that some of the post ops have taken.

I have an appointment with my primary phsycian on friday, he is the

one that referred me to the surgery because of my diabetes and

highblood pressure, I hope he's not too dissapointed in me when i

weigh in.

If any one can respond to me letting me know how i should go about

asking for a revision. what tests are required, and does the

original doctor do revision or do I have to start looking for a new

doctor. im just really confused right now, i hope this makes sence

to anyone out there.

THank you for reading.
