Guest guest
Sorry about your cat. Know that is hard. The scale is not your friend. I gave up that frequent weighing early on and have great peace of mind. I'm 8 months post op and weigh only once a month on the anniversary of my surgery. There is always a loss and I'm happy. Were I to weight daily or weekly I'd probably be fuming and fussing about my weight. I think sometime we obsess on weight. If the surgery is working, the weight will come off whether you weigh or not. And you may eat better if you are out of the diet mentality. If the surgery has been messed up or you will fail at it, this will also be revealed in time. You don't need weekly weighing to find this out. Just my $.02 in Seattle > I barely eat anything, yet the scale won't budge. I am almost 8 weeks out > and for the last week the scale has stayed the same. I know I am doing very
Guest guest
I know how you feel Kathy about putting your cat to sleep. It's devastating when you have to go through that. I'm so sorry. Just think, your cat is out of pain now. The scales will move soon, it's just a plateau...this is normal from what i hear (I'm just a preop) ...just hang in there sweetie, things will get better. Said a prayer for you today, luv Doreen
Guest guest
Dear Kathy M: I wanted to add my condolences on the loss of your kitty. Cats have always been my favorite pets and I have 3 now. Each is special with their own personality. Maybe you should go adopt another one in need of a good home. There are so many out there in need of your love. Hugs and best wishes. ===== +Doris in PA+ Hoping for DS BMI 54 __________________________________________________
