Guest guest
And the woohoo's and " happy dances " become a bit wearisome when the honeymoon phase is over, and the real work begins! Ah, the naiveté of newbies! But we were all there once, right? The grad list is the best, for reality checks, and understanding what we need to do to insure as much as possible that our futures will remain healthy, and that we WORK HARD to insure that our pounds are gone forever. It's a day to day thing....check that scale, and DO something about it. The automatic " gone forever " is definitely a fallacy if we don't learn how to do it right in the beginning. Oh yeah....a little woohoo and happy dance for the grad list!! hee hee! Regards~ Jacque Distal RNY, 5/30/00 Drs.
