Guest guest
I have the same yogurt maker you have, and my water temp is usually right at 100 degrees F. Which means the yogurt is probably slightly lower than that. I'm sure the yogurt makers are not made to very tight tolerances hence the huge degree of difference from one unit to another.-UC - 1+ yearsSCD - 7 months 100% strict and 4 months restricted diet.Asacol - 5 pills a dayTo: BTVC-SCD From: cpompilo@...Date: Tue, 23 Feb 2010 19:41:45 -0600Subject: RE: Yogurt met is 120 degrees..is that ok? -yogurt is 117.5 degrees Here is lots of info about SCD yogurt from BTVC. http://www.breakingtheviciouscycle.info/beginners_guide/yoghurt/yoghurt.htmhttp://www.breakingtheviciouscycle.info/beginners_guide/yoghurt/yoghurt.htmhttp://www.breakingtheviciouscycle.info/beginners_guide/yoghurt/yoghurt.htm Carol CD 22 yrs SCD 5 yrs From: BTVC-SCD [mailto:BTVC-SCD ] On Behalf Of GraceAcademyTX (AT) aol (DOT) com Are you saying the yogurt should stay between 100 -110 the whole 24 hours?
