Guest guest
Try the oral surgeons at Baylor ... I'm thinking that Dr. Schow and Dr. Wofford are two who have been particularly praised on these boards. (I did not use them, but am just remembering posts from others.) You may also get a break because it is a dental school. Cammie > > Hi, > > I'm having a hard time with my OS. Guest guest
Hi, I am not from Dallas but went to a surgeon in Dallas...Dr. Larry Wolford. He is at Baylor Hospital and I can't say enough good things about him. I had bad TMJ probs and was referred to him from St. Louis. Had my surgery (upper, lower, mitek anchors/artificial ligaments in joints) 5 months ago and feel fantastic. No more probs eating, chewing, headaches, pain, etc. The insurance was a different story though. My plan covered TMJ procedures but specifically excluded orthognathic. I battled BCBS in Missouri for at least a year before surgery and finally resolved everything about 3 months after surgery. Good news is they eventually covered everything with the help of an attorney and my surgeon. HOpe that helps. ! > > Hi, > > I'm having a hard time with my OS.
