I've used this one on occasion (and for the same reason, they sent me a

sample), but I have to admit that I like my own mix, which is the same

ingredients, but apparently a slightly different ratio of the

ingredients.

The only way to be sure is to get the physical letter stating that no

starch, sugar, or anticaking agents or guns, etc. have been

used.

I confess that I tried the chili powder because it was sitting around,

and my next order, with anchos and etc. to make my own hadn't come in

yet.
