Guest guest
Your story sounds very similar to ours. I think she is arond 6-8mm now. The measurements don't really seem that helpful as she looked WAY better at one appointment but the measurements were not seeing anything at that point. It is TOUGH I think to measure it exactly at the same points when we are taking about a CM of difference total. I think that's why some doctors don't measure but just use their expert opinion on how the head looks / feels as the benchmark. We see Dr. Greene at Children's and he never measured but just did the estimates by feeling her head but also agreed she looked MUCH better and est. 6mm. At our 9 month pedi apt. her head had grown 2 cm since 6 months. Our pedi also said her head was looking great and could hardly notice the plagio. We'll keep going for a little while longer, but as long as it looks good that's enough for me. The band is their own (but very similar to a StarBand which they used in the past). The company that makes the patterns is a seperate vendor so you might see those on various types of helmets / braces (I saw the company name on a poster in the office). > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Hi, > > > > > > > I have been reading the archives and have read nothing > but > > bad > > > > > things > > > > > > > about NOPCO in Boston Children's Hospital.
