I found this out the hard way a few months ago. After noticing our son,

then GF/CF for several months being interested in eating tuna to the point

of it not really making sense (he'd eat as much as he could, then chew and

suck it and spit it out but still insist on more) I posted to the list.

Others advised me that tuna can have casein in it. It was not listed on the

ingredients, but by contacting the company this was confirmed by them. With

the added problem of mercury in tuna my wife and I decided to stop giving

any of our kids the stuff.
