Guest guest
HI..I am a hairdresser and am 3 weeks post op. You need to take a vitamin named Biotin. It is for hairloss. You can find it in most healthfood stores and local walmarts and kmarts in the vitamin section. It is a great vitamin to help promote hair growth. Good luck. My turn has not yet come for the hairloss and am hoping that taking biotin will slow it down a bit. I started taking biotin a month before my surgery. Good luck. Guest guest
, The one good thing is the hair loss is usually temp. Try taking the Biotin vitamin it's not big and it come in capsule or pill form. A lot of us take it and it doesn't get stuck. If you are afraid of it getting stuck in your throat, take it right before you eat. If your afraid of it getting stuck in your pouch...it desolves. Try it Colleen > can u swallow it whole or do u have to break it up? I too am losing hair in > heaps, and looking into something to help me. But im scared to swallow any > pills cuz they might get stuck... > > > in ks > nov 18,2003 > 346/235/170 > > >
