Mocha mix ice cream sub

Are all flavors gfcf or only vanilla? We had big reactions to the

strawberry flavor and I was wondering if it was straberrys or if the

product may have contained gluten. I thought they were all ok-but do

to the reaction now wonder- f

Yikes!! You just made me realize that my son's behaviors lately and

his craving only that ice cream in the past week, had a reason to be;

so I read the carton of Vanilla Mocha Mix Ice Cream, and right at the

second and third ingredients it reads " ...modified food

starch,maltodextrin... "

Now I know never to listen to anything without checking it out for

sure. I thought that since everyone was using it,and it says K-Pareve

on it, it was okay.

Well, according to my son's mood swings and his wanting it all day

long (from breakfast to dinner), and his low appetite lately and his

constant tantruming...well I couldn't be more far off from gfcf this

time.

I guess we'll go back to his regular sorbet (we use Dreyer's and I

checked it, so I know it is okay), so at least I am sure we are not

messing him up. I could kick myself for this one!!
