Thanks and everyone for your recipes and advice. I don't

eat " real " cheese, and most of the soy stuff doesn't taste right

unless melted so I will have to experiment on my own I guess! I'm

sure I will have loads of questions after my surgery and once I get

the blender up and running. I was thinking of trying a few things

now just to get used to the texture and getting the right

consistency down.
