A while back someone talked about food combininb. Usually I'm reading emails from my husbands phone but I got up early so I'm sitting at my computer. Do you have any book or author suggestions?michelle

There are lots of mini discussions on it.  I was reading up on it in a book called " Eating Away Arthritis " (I think, will have to check) and it is big into food combining and learning what families each fruit/veg, etc. goes to so if you can't tolerate one, avoid the others.

Strangely enough, the grass family doesn't like me.  I think most of that group is SCD illegal.  I'll dig through the stacks and see if that's the book if that's what you are looking for.
