Everyone on the list here is willing to help. > on Long Island New York > * > , Thanks so much for all your helpful information!! I am sorry it took this long to respond to your post. I just started my own business and been busy with it and daily home stuff. I have a bunch of questions about the things you wrote in your e-mail if that is ok?? What is lgE testing?? What does a doctor have to do to get the blood? How long does it take to get the results back? How much blood is needed? What is casein?? What foods have casein/gluten in them? I have done alittle looking into it at the grocery stores and there are tons of food with gluten in them. I am still learning what exactly Gluten is. My son's doctor suggested decreasing his gluten intake cause he has a gluten allergy, but the GFCF Diet seemed like a good idea for but also for my other son who has autism. <<Along with this diet I do alot of work with LJ besides his full day at school. He is in an ABA program at school.>> What is LJ? What is ABA program? Does your son have any disorders or learning problems/developmental delays?? <<I buy the following bread at my HFS:>> What is HFS? Again thanks so much for your suggestions and information. I feel so lost with this stuff..especially with amount of stuff with G/C in them. Hope to hear from you again. I need people who know about this GFCF Diet. Thanks again and take care, Sue...
