Guest guest
No, I had twenty years without animal products but a treatment for leaky gut did help a bit, and I was slowly, bite by bite, able to get poultry back in my life (now up to 2 oz servings on a good day!). During those twenty years gelatin caps were the only animal thing I could handle. Eggs are another matter. Every time I've had allergy testing done in my life, eggs (and dairy) have been off the chart. So I'm not in any hurry to try either and therefore, the eggless mayo for awhile. Out of curiosity, are you trying to avoid animal products? Because gelatin is an animal product as well. Not that I have any problem with anyone avoiding that stuff since I gave up meat 2 years ago, cheese last thanksgiving and now it seems that eggs give me issues as well. I just figured that I would let you know gelatin is another animal product just in case you didn't know Stacey
