I thought it was expensive too and we can’t be sure of the “skim milk powder” and “milk ingredients” that also make up this probiotic. I was just wondering if the price and the risk are all worthwhile as this type of bacteria is made to live a lot longer in our guts. In the end, I think I’ll stick to my homemade yogurt.
